If you love the look of elephant ears but don't have the room, this plant's for you. These are not large elephant ears, they average about 3 to 4 feet tall. They like rich well-drained soil. It only grows to 3 or 4 feet tall, unlike its larger cousin Elephant Ears Colocasia.

This moderate grower can be planted anywhere in Zone 9-10-11. Plant in a protected area, so winter takes less of a toll and wind, doesn't damage the leaves. These plants tend to prefer part sun to part shade location.

The photo is an illustration of what you will receive. Due to USPS shipping policies, the plant does not come in a container. We package and ship in bare roots. The Alocasia should be replanted immediately once you receive your order. We recommend Miracle Grow Potting Soil when transferring the plant into a large container.
